GYM CLOSED. Here is a workout that you can do in a park or at home.
– Begin the workout by performing 1 Burpee and then running as far as you can in the time remaining until the end of the minute.
– At the start of each minute add 1 Burpee and continue running as far as you can in the time remaining.
– The workout is finished when you cannot complete the required number of Burpees in the minute.
– For bonus points, rest 5 minutes and repeat the workout starting at 1 Burpee so this can become an “Out and Back” workout.
