    Warm up:
    1.2km run
    Wod:
    6 rounds
    5 pistol squats
    10 body curls
    15 pull-ups
    Warm down:
    1.2kg of pasta
    3 pastries

    Just watched the clip, and not to boast or anything, but:
    Open 13.1 – sweary Jo G – 150; Marion Jones – 147.
    Next year, we’re going head-to-head over 400 metres.
