    I have two enduring memories of “Christine”. The first: my first ever attempt at this WOD in January 2011. I wasn’t fit enough to row, so rode an old-school exercise bike (no assault bikes in those days), did the deadlifts at 13kg (about 70kg under bodyweight) and stepped up to a 17″ box. The second: doing this WOD rx with Sam Hannant (him 90kg, me 70kg) when Sam said as he huffed and puffed, “why am I such a fat bastard?” CrossFit – love it.
