Morning classes only today for the public holiday. Monday’s schedule will be the same as today’s. Saturday will be the regular class schedule and weightlifting is back on.

8am – CrossFit
9.30am – CrossFit

60 Double Unders
30 KB Swings (24/16kg)
15 Burpees (6”)


– scale the rounds or reps to a manageable number, aiming for less than 5 minutes per round


1) 4 rft

30 Double Unders
15 KB Swings
10 Burpees

3) sub out some KBS with V-Ups or Situps
