David Chan farewell WOD

Dave has been with us for over seven years and is moving to Bribie Island to begin his physio career. One of the friendliest guys you’ll ever meet Dave will be missed around the box and noticed whenever he returns on occasion to drop in. Seeya Dave, probably soon. The workout is a combination of many of Dave’s favourite movements and if in doubt, sub Ring Rows!

50 Kickback Burpees (onto a plate)

3 Rope Climbs
30 Power Cleans (45/30kg)
60 Double Unders
3 Rope Climbs

Cash out:
50 Weighted Situps

– weight vest optional
