120 Wall Balls (9/6kg)
– partition and sequence movements in any way
– tiebreak time is taken when all of the Wall Balls and Calories have been completed
– athletes registered for the Open will have priority use of the equipment
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
5 Rengegade Rows (2 X 15/10KG)
5 Hang Power Cleans (40/25kg)
5 Front Squats (40/25kg)
30 Double Unders
