Pilates

What is Clinical Pilates?

Physical exercise designed to improve functional movements, posture, trunk/pelvic/shoulder stability, as well as help in the recovery of injury.  Programs are written and designed by a physiotherapist, following an assessment and diagnosis of your physicality and injury.  The program is monitored and progressed as you show improvement in pain, posture control, strength and stability.
