– normal Rope Climbs (wear shin protection)

– 10 Strict Pull-Ups

– 15 Cal Ski Erg or Air Dyne

 

Snatches

– Snatches @ 60%+ of 1RM

– Power Snatches

– Squat/Power Cleans
