10 DB Hang Cleans (2 x 15/10kg)
(1 round = 40 reps)

    My maths is rubbish. Part B: Jo – 108 rx; Sharelle 106 rx (Sharelle’s maths is good, but she used mine as a benchmark – big mistake).
